Removed Domain Refund

  Hi WordPress Team,

  I got billed for my WordPress domain today and in the process, I removed the domain from my account. I have not received a confirmation email about my refund and am wondering if it will get processed. I did get a confirmation email for my personal upgrade refund.

  My domain is https://andydingler.wordpress.com/

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Hi Andy –

  Thanks for getting in touch. The domain is handled separately from the plan.

  Please tell me if there’s any chance that you will want to use andydingler.com again in the future. Once cancelled, it can be impossible to regain ownership of it if you change your mind.

  Once I hear back I will process the additional refund for the domain, or restore it to your account, depending on what you have to share.

  Perfect. I’ve processed the additional $26 refund to match your purchase price. These funds are going to come in 2 separate transactions and should reach you in about ten days.
