Removed my own admin access

  I was doing a bulk update to existing users and didn’t realize that my own account was in the spreadsheet. I downgraded my account to a subscriber account and now there is no admin for my site. This is a wp.com account so I can’t get to phpmyadmin through a different host. I e filled out some support tickets but have no idea when I’ll hear back on them. How can I have my permission level turned back to administrator?
