Removed paid plan

  I just removed the ‘personal plan’ from my account in order to create a new blog for use with a personal plan (and keep the old on a free plan), but didn’t realize I could transfer my paid plan to a new blog. Is there a way to add it bag to transfer to a new domain?

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any plans, which suggests you have another account. What is the address of the site you purchased a plan for?

  You could also try logging in using the email address you purchase receipt was sent to and reply here — we’ll then be able to look at your account.
