Removing 3rd Party Permissions & Starting a Completely New Build

    I gave permissions to a 3rd party company to build a site. I’m unhappy with the result, and I want to rebuild. I’ve tried to delete and re-install to remove any access from the third party and their residual builds. However, everything remains unchanged. Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi there,

    Sorry to hear you had a poor experience with a third party which you employed to build your site. It looks like your site yourrealestatedoctors.wordpress.com which is hosted by us only has a single user which is you.

    I do see a second self-hosted WordPress site, yourrealestatedoctors.com which is currently hosted on SiteGround is this the site you need help with? If so you may manage your users from the WP-Admin of the site. If you forgot your password see this guide for regaining access:

    Once you’ve regained access you may update the Jetpack plugin to allow you to manage the site from WordPress.com
