  See Delete Site — Support — WordPress.com and look for the option for removing the content but keeping the address.

  Oh, no! If you want to keep your url then

  Do NOT delete your site!!!!

  urls are not recycled on WordPress.com so once it’s deleted, no one, not even you, can use it again.

  If you like strawberrycreamycake.wordpress.com , then simply

  EMPTY the contents of your blog
