Removing a blog from my account when the dashboard can't be accessed

  I have multiple blogs registered under my WordPress.com account. One of them was a temporary self-hosted blog. Now I need to remove from my WordPress.com account. Please assist me in doing that.
  The blog I wish to have removed is:
  66.147.244.218/~ahmerjam/
