Removing a commenter's personal details…

    Hi, I have a friend who commented on my blog on wordpress and accidentally used her signature with her name, email and phone number on it. I have deleted all her comments but she can still see it on the internet and is panicking her phone number is out on the web for all to see (she has been receiving threatening calls). Her name is [redacted] and is there anything wordpress can do to delete her phone number and email from appearing linked to my posts? Thanks very much.

    Thanks for following up – but it does seem to have disappeared now.

    In that case it was probably still cached in your browser – that would explain why you still saw it. Thanks for letting me know it’s sorted out.
