Removing a defunct url from My Sites site management list?

  I have added a number of my independently hosted sites through JetPack for grouped management on the WordPress site. How do I remove one such site which no longer exists (mynotebook.org) from the My Sites list? Thanks.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
