  How do I remove a follower so they stop getting the email notifications?

  Hello there! The follower should remove him/herself by adjusting email notification settings:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/following/

  It includes options to turn off email notifications, and how to follow/unfollow a site whether your Follower is a WordPress.com or not.
