Removing a Jetpack site that doesn’t exist anymore – isn’t working
-
Hi,
I previously had a site linked via Jetpack to my account. I no longer have access to the domain and as far as I know the site no longer exists. However, the site remains listed… in some places.
In my main list of WP blogs, it’s there, and I can hide it.
It persists under My Sites, however… sort of. I can’t get into the settings of it to disconnect it. It does not come up with the red ‘Cannot access this site, disconnect?’ banner, ever, because while it’s being counted in the number of blogs, it doesn’t actually turn up on the list.
If I try via the app on my tablet, it shows in the list, but attempting to go into the settings just gets me a message ‘Couldn’t retrieve site info.’
This is really annoying, having a ghost of it around, particularly since I don’t have especially happy associations with the whole thing. I can’t seem to find any way to disconnect or remove it myself.
My user name is prysmcat. The site that is sort-of there and that I would like to have completely gone is pridekingston.org.
Would it be possible for someone to help me with this? I’d quite like it entirely removed, not just halfway hidden.
Thanks very much!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi prysmcat,
No problem, I’ve disconnected the Jetpack connection for pridekingston.org from our side. This site should no longer be listed under My Sites in your WordPress.com account.
I hope this helps!
