Removing a link from my header

  I cannot understand, nor can I find an answer to why I have one of my posts as a header under ‘Here in Van Nuys’. The link reads, ‘Last Night at MacLeod Ale’. It is right after ‘About the Author’. I wrote the post ‘Last Night at MacLeod Ale’ but I DO NOT WANT IT on top of my page. It is just a post. How can I remove it? Thank you.

  Problem solved by going into “Pages” and removing a page.
