Removing a linked blog?

    I used my wordpress.com account together with an extarnally hosted blog running my own WordPress.org installation mapped to my domain-name. Now I have moved that blog to be hosted at WordPress.com instead, and have successfully mapped the domain name to there as well.

    The problem I’m having is that I still have my old blog (or at least the domain name) showing up as a linked blog in my dashboard. It is confusing me since both my WordPress.com hosted blog and my old one shows up as my domain name in lists etc. The domain name does not even point to my externally hosted blog anymore, it points to my WordPress.com blog. How can I remove the linked blog/domain name?
