Removing a linked blog

  How can I remove my linked blog from my account? It’s no longer available.

  As in an old self-hosted wordpress.ORG jetpack linked one (gosh that’s a mouthful, I mean one that wasn’t wordpress.com), if you provide the name/url of this blog then the staff can remove that when they get around to it.
