Removing a member off the account.

  Delete sarahrorlik
  You have the option of reassigning all content created by sarahrorlik, or deleting the content entirely.

  Attribute all content to another user.

  However when I do this, I get an error message saying ‘There was an error removing @sarahrorlik’

  Please help.

  Hi there, is the user sarahrorlik the person who registered the site and so is the site owner? If so, they’ll need to transfer ownership to another site Admin before they can be removed. They can learn more about this here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

  Regardless, I’ve flagged this thread for Staff in case there is another issue they can see.

  I think there’s some confusion happening because you have 2 different accounts. The original post mentions sarahrorlik but you’re signed in as echophibrations posting here in this thread.
