  How can I remove a picture from my blog after its published?

  To remove an image form a post or page, https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/image-block/.
  To remove an image from your Media Library, https://wordpress.com/support/media/#delete-files-from-media.
  CAVEAT! Deleting a file from your Media library will also remove it from the post or page it is on. Deleted media files cannot be recovered.

  You will need to edit the post/page and then delete the image you dont want.
