Removing a Picture From Blogsite

    Hello,

    I submitted a picture to a blog a few years ago when i blogged for my college site. The site is no longer active. This picture now shows up in all of my google searches. I would like for it to be taken down. I do not think deleting my account will solve the issue. Please let me know what I can do to remove this picture. The administrator no longer uses the site.

    The site is no longer active.

    Do you have access to the site? If so, then simply delete the image from the media library. See the Deleting Files support page for relevant information and instructions.

    If you don’t have access to the site, then submitting a request to an administrator of the site, or the site owner, would be the way to go. WordPress.com probably can’t intervene in such matters.
