Removing a site from 'My Sites'

    I helped a friend build her website (www.ngpfma.org) and her site was included in WordPress.com under My Sites. I recently removed it from My Sites and that has resulted in her followers all being removed. She’s tried to register it with WordPress.com and it is still linked to My Sites.
    My main site is still there (truthaboutpetfood.com) (and it needs to stay) – but she needs access to her site (ngpfma.org) in order to get her subscribers.
    Can anyone provide assistance on how to get this corrected?

    Hi there,

    That site is not appearing in My Sites any more because the Jetpack plugin has been disconnected. That is also why the subscribers are missing – those are stored on WordPress.com via the Jetpack plugin, and not on the site itself.

    To fix this, you need to reconnect Jetpack: Log into both the WordPress.com account that should manage the site, and log into WP-Admin of the site itself. Then click on Jetpack, and follow the prompts there to connect the site back to the correct WordPress.com account.
