Removing a specific post from 2012 – account no longer active

  I have received a demand from an aggrieved party in Germany that I remove a post that linked to a newspaper article about him. He claims under German law that I am liable for defamation of his character, or something, I have no objection to making him happy, but I no longer use WP as a host and so have no administrative control over old posts (do I?), How can I get this removed?
