Removing a team member

    I am trying to make edits to our WordPress account, and the edits appear correct from our end (from inside the account) but when others click the link to the page, the edits are not made.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there, it sounds like there are two issues you’re trying to resolve.

    To remove a team member from your WordPress.com website, a site Admin can follow this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/invite-people/#remove-a-user The only person who cannot be removed is the site owner, i.e. the person who registered the site on WordPress.com. If it is the site owner you’re trying to remove, they first need to transfer ownership of the site to another Admin on the site. https://wordpress.com/support/transfer-a-site/

    In so far as edits not appearing, which page on which site is this happening on?
