Removing a theme and starting over

Hello,
This is the fifth time I am sending this and I have not yet had any response. ; )
I would like to remove the theme I installed and start from scratch with my site. http://www.deCamille.com. I do not need to keep any of the content including images. I would just like to start over with a clean white background and links from the home page. This is an example of what I would like to do. Do you have a template for this? http://www.laurielipton.com/

Hi @decamille – http://www.deCamille.com is not a WordPress.com site. http://www.deCamille.com is a self hosted site (through Go Daddy) that is using the installation of WordPress.org.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are unrelated and very different. If you like, you can read more about the differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
