Removing a title from theme area

  Hi, and just to say I’m new here, getting used to the blog process. I got mine up and running and still am wading through the process and making changes. I don’t know how I managed it, but the title of my first entry appears in my theme headlines next to Home and About, how do I get rid of it and how to avoid the next post title appearing there.

  It looks like you posted that as both a post and a page. Just head into the Pages section of your blog’s Dashboard and delete it.
