Removing a title next to 'about us' tab

  I cannot figure out how to remove ‘this post is top secret, fyi only’ from beside the ‘about us’ tab. Thanks for your help!

  Sorry, I still don’t understand. I am not sure how the top secret ended up beside about us.

  This is a page. To delete the page go to > Pages > All Pages and locate it. Then you can edit it and change the title > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/

  or you can delete the post. I’m not clear on exactly what you want to do.
