Removing a user and changing credit card details

  Someone else set up my wordpress site, but I now don’t want them to be able to manage it as I want to do it myself. I am an administrator, but when I try to remove her I am told I do not have permission to do so. Also I cannot find, despite following instructions, how to change the credit card details to mine.
