Removing "About Me" from Vostok

When I first chose Vostok, there was no “About Me” at the bottom of the page. At some point, there it was and now I can’t figure out how to get rid of it. Since it is basically a “reprint” of my Home/Introduction page, it really serves no purpose on my blog page. What it does do is make my one column page longer than it needs to be and people may be missing other things at the bottom of the page. Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated. BTW, I’m pretty new to all this so a simple, detailed explanation will also be appreciate. Thanks.

You can delete any Page here > Dashboard > Pages > All Pages > hover over the Page title and click “Trash”
You can delete any Post here > Dashboard > Pages > All Posts > hover over the Post title and click “Trash”

I’m neither trying to delete a page nor a post. The “About Me” is at the bottom of my blog page. When I originally chose the Vostok style, it wasn’t there but now it is. It seems to be like a widget but when you go to the page to remove things like that, there’s no way to remove that portion. That’s the problem. I thought someone might know how to do that so I can get it off my page. Do you have something filled into the ‘about you’ section at https://journeywithladymaya.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.php?page=grofiles-editor ? because this is the About text that will appear underneath your posts. You can empty that field to remove the About Me section.

Thank you so very much, kardotim! I used the link you provided, discovered that the “About Me” text was there, deleted it, refreshed my blog page and “Voila!” it’s gone! YAY!!!! (Doing a Snoopy dance in celebration!) Thanks! :)
