Removing activiated Themes

    Hi
    I am having a problem that I think centers around themes I have activated on my site. After activating a theme, I am now unable to see my site by using the URL or trying to view it from the WP Admin window. I tried to replace with other themes, but it does not work; please help!!! I have tried to activate Twenty Seventeen, Calvin (Studies of Blue) and maybe a few others. Also, not sure if this issue may also have something to do with JetPack.

    Hi there,

    I’m able to view your site without problems from my end, and I don’t see any Jetpack connection errors either at https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/?url=http://listenhoney-royettaonlife.com/ – if the site was offline, Jetpack wouldn’t be able to communicate with it.

    If it’s still not working for you, can you see if clearing your browser cache makes any difference?

    There’s not really much else we can do from our end – your site isn’t hosted with us, only connected via Jetpack, so we don’t have direct control over your site or how it loads in a browser, and no control at all over WP-Admin or the admin user account you use to log in there.

    If your site isn’t loading, the first place I’d check is with your hosting provider, if there’s perhaps an error on your server with them.

    Otherwise you can ask the WordPress.org community, who makes the open source version of WordPress you’re using, for help troubleshooting and fixing whatever is causing this problem:
