removing administrator from site

Hello! I need to remove an administrator from a wordpress site. There are currently two admins, but I am unable to remove the other one. How am I able to do this? Thank you!

Are you the original account holder/administrator of the site? If not, then that could be why you are seeing this error.
Yes, you are able to tag the thread to have someone on Staff assist if needed. On the right hand side of the screen, you will see the option to add a tag. Type the word modlook, then click add.

Yes, that might be the issue, as we started it together, and he might have been the one to begin the domain through his account. Thank you for the advice to add the modlook tag!

You’re welcome. :)
If he is the owner/administrator, then you’re unable to remove him. You would need to ask for him to transfer ownership over to you.

Is this for the site, arch3281.wordpress.com? Your username is the only admin on that site, and also the owner. What is the username that you’re trying to remove?
