  How do I get rid of all ads on my site?

  hi there,

  please help us with the site you are referring to.

  you will need to Upgrade from a free plan to the paid plan which will enable you to remove WordPress.com generated adverts.

  My site is drgavinkenny.com

  I’m not even sure how to login to the site to make changes actually (not sure what my login info is)…

  I would like to upgrade my site to exclude ads. Thank you!

  Hi there,

  The site drgavinkenny.com is owned by a different WordPress.com account than the one you’re currently using to post to this thread. To recover access to it you need to follow the steps outlined in our Account Recovery guide:

  Recover Your Account

  Also, since this site has upgraded to the Personal plan all ads have been disabled.
