Removing Ads

    To WordPress.com admin

    I am aware that if you upgrade to a paid plan ads will be removed.

    Is WordPress.com going to have an option where you can pay a fee to just remove ads without upgrading in the near future? It might be easier then going through the trouble to upgrade or make chnages to site.

    Hi there,

    We used to have a stand-alone no ads upgrade, but that was retired when we introduced plans. We have no plans of going back to stand-alone upgrades on WordPress.com. If you want to remove ads from your site, a paid plan is the only way to do it.
