  How to remove all the previous posts and sites to start all the way again? In short, how to delete the wordpress account to start afresh?

  To remove a site you can check the link below,

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  To disable your account you can access the link below. In your case I suggest you remove the sites and then you’ll have a fresh new account.
