removing an administrator and deleting a premium subscription
Brendon Ward needs to be deleted from this blog and a few other ones as he no longer works for our organisation. How can this be arranged? I have asked him to do it and he has not done so yet. Also I would like to go back to an ordinary subscription for the Clendon preschool site (he purchased a premium one). The name is http://clendonpreschool.org.nz/
Thanks. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Blogs have a sole owner and that is the person with the username account that registered the blog. Only that person who is the original Admin of the blog can add other users and/or demote them and/or delete them or transfer the blog ownership to another username account.

You have to contact the blog’s owner and have that person make your username account an Admin of the blog and then transfer the blog ownership to you and cancel the upgrade purchased for the blog.

Hi
A former administrator of my blog wants to be deleted as he is now doing something else. I can’t delete him and he has forgotten his username and password.
The blog is http://clinicallibrarian.wordpress.com/ and the administrator no longer contributing is melbourneone.
I’ve tried to delete him but I can’t. What can I do? Can wordpress.com people go in and delete him for me?
Many thanks, Catherine

@yrinsyde, please follow the instructions provided by timethief. We cannot remove a blog owner or transfer ownership without a request from the blog owner themselves.
@sbracefield, it looks like the blog owner contacted us separately and your issue has been resolved.
