Hi there. That link is to the image in your media library. Could it be that you deleted it from a post/page but not the library itself? Just double-check your media library, here: http://olorielmoonshadow.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.php
If the image is definitely not there anymore, let us know, as it could then be a cached copy that’s still visible at that link.

Hello and thank you for your answer. I have checked the Media Library more than once and the image is not definitely not there, I have even went and checked it right away now once again, just to be 100% sure – and it is not there.

Then it’s probably a cached image. I’ve no idea how often the WordPress.com cache gets flushed, but I’ll tag this for staff in case they can help remove the image completely for you.
Also keep in mind that cached copies of the image might remain in various search engines. WordPress.com can’t do anything about that, unfortunately.

Hi there,
I confirmed that you deleted that image successfully. However, it can take some time (around a few days) for deleted images to be removed from all WordPress.com servers. In the meantime, you may still see the image when you visit that link.

Thank you very much for your swift reply! I was worried the image might still be up on a page I siumply do not know how to access.
Thank you once again!
