Removing an indexed page

Dear Mada/ Sir
I would like to delete an indexed link which is about my CV and some confidential information are presented there.
this file has been unpublished and deleted and then changed to a protected item.
but none of these works helped me to delete it from the google engine.

and my email address (email visible only to moderators and staff)

Hi Amir,
That file has not been deleted. I can still see it in your site’s media library, here:

You need to click the Delete Permanently link on that page to delete that file from our servers. Once you do that, it will be completely purged from our caches within a few hours.
This will not remove any cached copies of this file from Google, as we have no access to Google’s servers to remove it there. To remove that file from Google’s cache, you’ll need to contact Google directly. Same with any other search engines.
