Removing an old purchase

    Trying to remove an old purchase made when the website was administered by me. The site no longer exists in it’s previous form and is now administered by a commercial organisation. I see this when trying to ‘manage’ the purchase:

    You are the owner of The Ultimate Traffic Guide but because you are no longer a user on xxxx.nl, renewing it will require staff assistance. Please contact support, and consider transferring this purchase to another active user on xxxx.nl to avoid this issue in the future.
