Removing archives and "meta" from homepage

  Hey

  I want to remove archives and “meta” from my homepage – how do I do that?

  I want my website/wordpress site to be plain – without the elements, such as archive and meta, in the right side of the page.

  Structure isn’t ta good choice if you want a plain-looking site. More on the theme here:

  To remove the default widgets of a theme, you need to add your own – see here:
