Removing Auther from Audio Item widget

  The Audio Item widget is attached my site footer displaying Author & Date (kccci.org). I modified Screen Options but it does seem to matter. How can I remove these attributes?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This support forum is for free wordpress.com blogs. http://kccci.org/ appears to be a self-hosted wordpress.ORG install. WordPress.com and wordpress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
