Removing author page

  There is a page that says

  https://(MyURL).wordpress.com/author/(MyUsername)/

  How do I get rid of this page?

  You have two options.

  (1) Switch to using a theme that does not display an author byline.

  (2) Use CSS editing to hide the author byline on the theme you use now. See here for details re: CSS editing:
