Removing author tag and date and time?

  I have a wordpress premium template, and also the custom upgrade.

  I want to remove the date and time stamps from posts and pages! including the author tags. I have tried accessing the raw code for the template, however I am unable to find this anywhere?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  	display: none;
  }
