  How do I remove the black “wordpress” bar at the top of the page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s the toolbar, it contains links to your blog dashboard, account profile, and other helpful things. It’s only displayed if you are logged in to WordPress.com.

  WordPress.com requires that you keep the toolbar, please don’t remove it.
