Removing blocks ?????

  I need help removing some things from my cheer up theme… i originally had a free everlite theme, made a bunch of stuff in there.. then bought a theme, as it said 24/7 support which I now realize its just this forum.. kind of misleading… so I have three blocks from when I had the original theme that I cannot remove… not sure how to show anyone this…. or where…

  They are the about me, follow me, do you eat, whats your adventure.

  I don’t need those there anymore as I have made a drop down menu.

  We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org, nir can we help with commercial themes.
  To get support for a commercial theme, you must contact the vendor of that theme.
