Removing Bubble Links

  I need help getting rid of the box that pops up when you click on a link. For instance, when you hover over the About or Home links, a box shows up with the link site. I don’t want these to show up. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

  Hi. It appears to be a feature of the theme you selected. If you purcahsed the Custom CSS Upgrade, there is probably a way to remove it. Otherwise, if it really bothers you, the easiest thing would be to just switch to another theme.

  I did purchase the custom CSS upgrade, and I would prefer not to switch the themes as it took me awhile to get it where its at already. Any advice on how to change it using CSS. Thanks.

  There is nothing in the CSS to do with that “tip” box that pops up. It is something in the underlying theme PHP script files and we cannot modify those.

  You’re welcome and sorry it cannot be turned off.

  That is something I think the blogger should be able to turn off. I certainly wouldn’t want them popping up all over my blog. They are nearly as irritating as mShots. In nearly 4 years using wordpress I’ve never seen another theme that does this, here or self-hosted.
