Removing 'BY AUTHOR' at end of Posts

  Hello,
  I’m using the Spun theme and I want to remove the ‘By XXXXXX’ text from each post. I don’t mind keeping the date.
  Is anyone familiar with the CSS necessary to edit this?

  This custom CSS should remove the byline:

  .single .byline, .group-blog .byline, .byline, .author {
  	display: none;
  }
