Removing “by” line from posts using vigilance

    I am using the vigilance theme and under the post title it brings up “by gemmaholly” I really would like to get rid of this. I’ve been through all the menus but I don’t seem to be able to find a way of doing it. Is it possible?

    It’s not possible to remove the “by line” without the CSS upgrade, and might not be possible even with it, depending on the way the code is structured. Are you experienced with CSS editing and willing to purchase the annually renewable upgrade, if it is possible? There’s no point in buying the upgrade if it can’t be removed but wordpress.com has supplied a “preview” feature so you can try before you buy here > Appearance > Edit CSS
