  Trying to remove some categories but I don’t have a categories tab

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, you have.

  Go to your classic dashboard:
  https://hayatsocial4.wordpress.com/wp-admin

  and go to your Categories section
  https://hayatsocial4.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=category
