Removing Checkout Fields

  Hey everyone, I am working on a WooCommerce site, I am new to the platform after spending some time using Shopify. I have a few questions I am hoping someone experienced with WordPress can answer. (Apologies if this is not the correct place for this post.)
  
  Our product is a VPN service subscription, for that reason, customer privacy is very important. We would like to remove the billing address field from the checkout page and only collect the customers: Email, Card Number, Country
  
  I have tried every available plugin/extension I can find (probably 5+) to remove these fields but they have no effect whatsoever on the checkout. I have also tried various code both PHP/CSS to do this, but have only been able to hide the fields not remove them.
  
  We currently have WooPayments and Stripe setup for payment processing. Is it even possible to remove these fields and have the checkout function properly?
