Removing custom domain from my blog list

  I want to remove this from my custom blog list because I changed hosting and got a new installation of WordPress but the one in my blog list is stuck at the old one at it doesn’t let me connect with the win8 app apparently.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Provided you post the URLs of self hosted blogs you want deleted from your account into a forum thread like this one, Staff can do this for you. Please do that now as I tagged this thread for their assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.
