removing custom domain while keeping wordpress.com domain

The above blog is using a custom domain: hjlcms.com. I am in the process of moving this blog and domain to a new web host (Media Temple). I would like to keep the hjlcms.wordpress.com domain active so I can compare my new site to my old site. My problem is hjlcms.wordpress.com is still displaying as hjlcms.com.
How do I remove the custom domain (hjlcms.com) so my old site displays as hjlcms.wordpress.com?

I see that you already set up your Primary Domain as seen here:
You should now be viewing your WordPress.com site at http://hjlcms.wordpress.com/. If not, can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?
