Removing date and capitalization from slider titles in Oxygen

    I’ve recently gotten my slider working on Oxygen, which is a triumph! I want to tweak it a little, though. I have two concerns about the titles that flash with the slider images.

    1. How can I get the post titles to not be in all caps? For instance, the testimonials portion of my site will be titled “Our Happy Students!” but if it’s in all caps, that kiiind of ruins the spirit of such a phrase. Based on poking around the forums, I’ve tried adding this to my CSS:

    .site-title,
    .entry-title a,
    .single .entry-title {
    text-transform: none;
    }

    But unfortunately, it does nothing. Any suggestions?

    2. Since my site is intended to be a business website and not a traditional blog, I do not wish to have dates associated with my posts. Is there a way to remove all mention of dates from the site? Right now my concern is the post title that flashes in the slider, but if there is a solution that removes all dates that would be preferable.

    Thank you! And please pardon the rough feel of my site; I’m just moving from a self-hosted wordpress.org site, which was a disaster to try and customize, and I haven’t had time to move all the content over.

    Hi !
    I tried something to get rid of the dates in the slider on my site (I also use Oxygen)
    .featured-post .entry-meta {
    display: none;
    }
    You can try, it worked for me.
    I personnaly would like to get rid of the titles too (in the slider).
    Someone has an idea ?
    Thanks in advance ;-)

    Thank you, that worked!

    Any ideas on how to change the capitalization?
