removing date from a blog post
-
How do you remove the date from a/all blog posts so it does not appear whatsoever?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
-
The site linked to your name is a Blogspot blog, and we won’t be able to provide technical help for that. If you have a WP.com blog, please post the URL, starting with http, so we can take a look.

Generally speaking, you can’t. You would need a good knowledge of CSS editing, the paid CSS upgrade, and even then I think almost all themes include the date in such a way that to get rid of it you’d be getting rid of other important data as well.

i used to have my date disabled.. but it back again when i logged in today. it was so long ago that i made the site i dont rememeber how i did it. i know there isnt an exact “disable date” button but there must have been a work around without editing the css. apentis… how did you do it?

you can download a plugin or make your home page a static page (which does not have a dated post)
-
You cannot use plugins on WordPress.com. Pages do not show dates. Only posts show dates, and in some themes, they even show times.
-
Settings > General > Date format: select “Custom”, write a punctuation mark in the box. Can’t come up with something better than that. (You used to be able to have nothing in the box, but it doesn’t work anymore.)
