Removing default text from post – Autofocus

    I’d like to remove or at least edit the following text from posts and/or just retain the date.

    “This entry was published on April 28, 2013 at 9:54 pm and is filed under fibre stuff. Bookmark the permalink. Follow any comments here with the RSS feed for this post.”

    Is this possible?
