Have you cancelled the upgrade yet?
Canceling upgrades
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgradesIf you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.
Your billing history will be at Dashboard > Store > Billing History

Hi there,
It looks like you’ve already cancelled your domain mapping upgrade. If your domain is still redirecting to WordPress.com, make sure you’ve changed the name servers to your new host with GoDaddy, and clear your browser cache.
If you want to map the domain to another WordPress.com site in a different account, there is a two-week waiting period before another username will be able to map that domain. But if you tell me on which site in which username account you want the domain mapped I can add it to the site for you manually.
